The bathroom was amazing! It had a refreshing shower that instantly woke me up in the morning. As a busy parent, this was exactly what I needed to kick-start my day.
The lack of bathtub. But hey, who needs one when there's a super invigorating shower!

Stayed in a hotel with free parking - thank goodness, because finding a parking spot is normally such a treat. Also had access to free WiFi - because, who needs to be disconnected from the world anyway? And towels were provided - because I can never remember to bring my own.
Oh, how I just love it when the towels provided in the holiday home resemble sandpaper. It's like exfoliating while drying off.

The room at Skipton Lodge was so cozy and charming. I felt right at home with the comfy bed and fluffy pillows. The bathroom had a nice shower too, perfect to refresh after a long day exploring. As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere.
Some might find the bathroom a bit small, but hey, it's just my personal preference.

The 2-bedroomed house was beautifully renovated and had a modern and new interior. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a wall-mounted TV in the king bedroom. The shower had good pressure and maintained a great temperature. We also appreciated the easy parking outside and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as some miscommunications and slight issues with bins and curtains, these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The noise from the neighbors during the night was also a slight inconvenience, but that is beyond the control of the hotel.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment itself was beautiful. Also, the host was very helpful and readily available if needed. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the town. a pleasant experience.
Although the house was mostly clean, there were a few issues that were a bit disappointing. There were long black hairs in the toilet and basin room, and evidence that the cleaning was not thorough, with marks on the walls.
